Wedding Photography Details Checklist

This is the wedding day checklist I ask all of my wedding couples to fill out and return to me.

This form collects all the important details you as a wedding photographer will need including;

- Names of your couple, their immediate families and the wedding party

- Emergency phone numbers

- Addresses of getting ready, ceremony and reception locations

- Whether food will be provided for you

- A timeline of events for your couple to fill out (their wedding plan hour by hour)

- Whether your couple have checked ceremony rules

- A list of all other wedding businesses involved (great for you to follow up with)

- A list of all group shots required

This template is provided in word document format, all you need to do is replace my logo with yours, and change the footer to your address. You may also use this template to create your own online version too if you're struggling to think of all the details you need ahead of the wedding day.
