PROJECT SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL

The tool is designed for Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts or candidates executing Lean Six Sigma projects. It can also be used for any other project type that has phased-approach. This assessment tool helps them self-assess their progress and usage of Lean and Six Sigma tools. This is a high level self-assessment tool with a checklist of deliverables. It allows you to score how well each phase has been executed. The purpose of scoring is to assess application of methodology and tools. Scoring data from individual projects can be used for information and assessment at individual, organization or company level.
