wavDesk: Wavetable Loader for Minilogue XD/Prologue

Available on Mac and Win.

Select any .wav format data and the tool will convert it to a custom wavetable oscillator. 

v0.0.1a: Windows version: improved compatibility.

v0.0.1 beta state: currently only one format: 256 samples x 64 frames and encodes to 8-bit PCM.

The generated oscillator has Shape control routed to wavetable morphing.
