Wildly Free (definition): a way of living free of expectations, judgment and comparison paired with the courage to let go of what other people think about you, living by your core values, getting clear about how you want to feel, and creating authentic, sustainable happiness. 

If you are a woman living on this planet you have most likely struggled with expectations, judgment and comparison.  

You've probably tried to ignore the pain by staying in denial, keeping yourself incredibly busy and distracted, maybe binge eating or some other mind-numbing activity like scrolling Facebook for hours on end. 

That's ok. You are human (thank goodness!) and now there is a self-study healing program to guide you through discovering who it is that you want to be and how you want to show up in your life.
