Modeling and Look Development of a High Resolution Floor Bundle

This product includes

-The creating the high resolution model for our floor. I will be going over from the start of the modeling phase all the way to end. The video is roughly 150 minutes of content. You will get to see how I go about creating new content as well as leveraging my currently available kit set sets to make the image. With this class you will also get the 3ds max file as well and the .obj file. The .obj will have the turbosmoothing turned off. And will be exported from max 2014

-The look development of the asset. We will explore how to generate the image as seen above through various techniques and talk about asset reuse and explore design decisions. That led us to create the image. Also included is the original .psd file for reference. This video runs at roughly 115 minutes and show's the entire process of creation from start to finish.  

-And an added bonus I'll demo our asset viewer  and how I set up my own asset libraries
