Getting to the Roots

Root issues are issues that you cannot put the finger on why someone sees life in a particular way, why someone is so skeptical, angry, and bitter.

Why do things always seem to follow them? Why is it the same thing even on a different day with a different person? Why do they, or even I always fall for the same trap, the same people, engage in the same habits, most of it destructive. Daddy did it, and I do it, my children do it, we all do it.

The question becomes why does a pattern seems to follow Me even though a different me exists. I am saved, it is a new me, but some things do not seem to change. Maybe there is a deeper issue below the surface that I need to examine and deal with. Maybe I need to get to the root issue or issues to deal with Me.
