Spring Word Associations

This resource is a spring word associations activity that can be used by the speech-language pathologist or classroom teacher to instruct students about word associations. It targets 30 vocabulary words and includes an extra page that you can write 6 additional words of your choice to target with your students.

This activity can be adapted for use as a Spring Vocabulary Bingo activity. Describe the word and have kids name the word then place a bingo chip or token on the game mat. I give kids different mats in the group to practice different words. This is a fun activity to build Language processing skills for K-5 students with speech language impairment, autism, and/or intellectual disability.
