Download includes 5 relaxation meditations (mp3 tracks) and a Welcome Page (PDF) with more information on how to practice yoga nidra as well as links to further resources about the yoga nidra practice. When you buy this digital download you will be emailed a zipped file that contains 5 mp3 tracks and a PDF. Once you unzip the file (normally clicking on the download will automatically start the unzip process), you'll see the mp3s and the PDF. If you click on the mp3 to open it, it should open automatically in your default music player (iTunes, Windows player, etc.). After you have opened all the mp3 files in iTunes, I recommend creating a new "yoga nidra" playlist and organizing all of the mp3 files in the same playlist to easily locate them in the future. Once you have the tracks in your iTunes account, you can sync your newly created playlist onto your smartphone and take your yoga nidra practice with you on the go!
