The pi-yo for athletes program is the perfect complement to your current workout routine. 

Is it really free?

Technically, yes!  We provide a free outdoor workout for the world at DailyOutdoorworkouts.com every day but we are passionate about specific training you can do without the gym.  We put tons of time, love, and effort into these programs but if you can't pay now, go use the program and share everything we do.  If you can pay, we'll keep working to give you great content. Either way, thanks for being a part of this Outdoor Fitness Community!

Who designed this program?

This program was designed by Lauren Jones, DOW founder, degreed exercise specialist, certified pilates instructor and elite obstacle course racer and Samantha Achterberg, National Champion pentathlete, currently training for the 2016 Olympics and also a certified pilates instructor who practices daily.  

Donations for this program help support these girls in training for, traveling to and competing in their sports!
